Emergency Trauma & Hand Surgery
Finger amputations, deep hand lacerations and facial injuries need surgery within the golden hours. Our microsurgery team operates around the clock — nights, weekends and holidays.

Replantation (Reattachment) Surgery
Using an operating microscope, our surgeons reconnect vessels and nerves of amputated fingers and severely injured hands. Backed by more than 60,000 trauma surgeries.
If a Finger Is Amputated — First Aid
- 01. Rinse the wound briefly with clean running water and apply firm pressure with clean gauze to control bleeding.
- 02. Wrap the amputated part in clean gauze moistened with saline (or clean water).
- 03. Place the wrapped part in a sealed plastic bag, then put the bag on ice water. Never put the part directly on ice.
- 04. Come to the emergency room immediately — call +82-2-2293-7588 while on the way.

Facial Trauma
Facial lacerations and fractures are repaired by plastic surgeons, restoring both function and appearance. Early treatment within the golden hour gives the best cosmetic result.
Why Speed Matters
- Successful replantation depends heavily on time — earlier surgery means better survival of the finger.
- Our ER-to-operating-room system is built for immediate surgery, day or night.
